There Might be Slight Variation in color, texture, and Finish. So these are not considered flaws. You can exchange in the unlikely situation in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item, No Worries!!
Term and Conditions of Return of Damaged Product:
- The return is possible only when you receive a defective or wrong Item.
- You have to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You can inform through mail at ccare@attriretail.com, and also via WhatsApp at +91-8448994271.
- The Cost of your purchase is not refundable but you can purchase something else with your paid amount.
- The courier cost of return will be borne by the buyer.
- After Receiving the Return we issue a credit Note to you and you can purchase anything else.
- The courier Cost of Sending Replacement is Free.
However, you must understand that we can not bear a loss, So, the exchange of Such products that you did not like will not be accepted. The return is only possible when you receive a wrong or defective product.
Cancellation of Order by Attri Retails:
Attriretails.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded (as per the refund policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.
